Visual Lead - Beverly Hills
The opportunity
Drive visual merchandising and operational execution at ALO's Beverly Hills store. In partnership with the Visual and Operations Manager, this lead coordinates shipments, receiving, replenishment and floor-set changes; uses reporting and product presentation to support sales and profitability; coaches associates; and helps deliver a polished, welcoming guest experience rooted in ALO's mindful-movement mission.
What you’ll bring
- At least two years of experience in a client-centered sales environment.
- Demonstrated leadership and sound decision-making.
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated, receptive to feedback and comfortable working toward individual and team results.

Schedule
32-40 hours per week with open availability. Variable shifts include peak days and weekends, plus required availability during the holiday blackout period from Thanksgiving week through early January.
