Director, Strategic Portfolio

The opportunity

Lead the prioritization and coordination of Yoga Alliance's strategic portfolio, connecting organizational strategy with day-to-day execution. The director creates visibility across active work plans, resolves resource and dependency risks, guides cross-functional teams, builds portfolio dashboards and executive reporting, and develops the playbooks, training, and change-management practices that strengthen delivery across the organization.

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree in business, management or a related field.
• At least 10 years of progressive strategic-planning, project-management or related experience.
• At least five years leading complex projects and creating adopted playbooks, learning resources or operating procedures.
• Strong facilitation, data analysis, change-management and cross-functional leadership skills.

Schedule

Full-time, exempt position. Remote candidates may be considered, with travel to the Arlington office as needed for meetings, training and retreats; local candidates are preferred.
