About the event
Kripalu faculty Erin Casperson and Susan Wrba guide a four-night seasonal immersion connecting Ayurveda with yoga, meditation and self-care. Asana, pranayama and contemplative practice are shaped for the transition into autumn, alongside five-element nature study, journaling, reflection and practical sense-care rituals. The Berkshire campus adds nourishing meals, daily open classes and restorative access to the surrounding land.
What is included
Program tuition and all faculty-led sessions. Required Kripalu accommodation is additional and includes three nutritious meals daily, 10+ open yoga and movement classes, and access to the grounds and campus amenities. Healing Arts services and personal travel are additional.
