Yoga Instructor

The opportunity

Conduct daily group yoga and personalized yoga-therapy sessions for guests at Somatheeram's Ayurvedic health resort. The instructor assesses ability, adapts practice, guides asana, meditation, pranayama and relaxation, coordinates individualized programs with Ayurveda doctors and maintains the yoga hall, attendance records and required reports.

What you’ll bring

• Professional yoga-instructor training.
• At least one year of yoga-instruction experience is preferred.
• Ability to teach group and private therapeutic yoga, pranayama and meditation.
• Guest-service communication and willingness to coordinate with Ayurveda clinicians.
