Yoga Instructor

The opportunity

ERC Pathlight is hiring a contract yoga professional to provide movement therapy for individuals and groups at its eating-disorder treatment center in The Woodlands. The instructor will create measurable treatment goals, assess participants over time, facilitate therapeutic groups, coordinate case needs, and bring creative, trauma-informed interventions to a multidisciplinary clinical setting.

What you’ll bring

Registered Yoga Teacher credential is required, along with knowledge of trauma-informed care principles. A bachelor degree is preferred. Candidates should be able to assess needs, lead therapeutic groups, document measurable goals, and collaborate in a clinical care environment.

Schedule

Every Thursday from 12:30–2:30 PM, with approximately 2–4 hours per week in a PRN or as-needed treatment setting.
