The opportunity
Teach welcoming group yoga and exercise classes at the Simi Valley Family YMCA. The instructor demonstrates safe technique, adapts movements for different abilities, monitors exertion, prepares the studio and equipment, starts and ends classes on time, and helps members pursue healthy-living goals in an inclusive community setting.
What you’ll bring
Current certification in the relevant group-exercise discipline, CPR/AED and First Aid credentials, knowledge of safe exercise principles, ability to teach diverse groups, completion of required online training, and criminal-clearance eligibility.
